FOI request 2026-002 asks for: 2025–2026 capital projects by ward (Gwarinpa itemised); 2026 procurement plan; any ward or councillor project funds.
How we record them
We copy each figure exactly as its document gives it, in naira. We do not add figures up, and we do not compare or rate councils. A project's stage is the one its record gives; its source note says how far we have checked it.
The money each council receives from the federation account is already tracked by Agora Policy's Local Governance Accountability Portal, so we link to it rather than copy it.
