FOI request 2026-002 asks for: 2025–2026 capital projects by ward (Gwarinpa itemised); 2026 procurement plan; any ward or councillor project funds.
FOI request 2026-004 asks for: Action Plan II; implementation reports; 2026 participatory budgeting records.
How we record promises
We quote each promise word for word, with who made it, where and when, and its source. Where we summarise a promise instead, we say so. A project listed in a budget counts as a promise made in that budget.
Under each promise we add what the records show since, each with its own source: the council's budgets and reports, replies to our FOI requests, and news reports. We do not say whether a promise was kept, and we do not rate anyone. You can judge from the record.
